Local band and hometown heroes Larry and His Flask
recently had their van and trailer stolen
while they were on a national tour in Cayce, SC. Suck. Major suck.
The guys are still on the road trying to finish out their tour with Foxy Shazam
with borrowed, donated and replaced equipment, but the situation is far from ideal. However, YOU CAN HELP!
Attend the Larry and His Flask Benefit Concert on Saturday June 28 at 8 pm at Volcanic Theatre Pub.
$10 suggested donation.
Some phenomenal bands will be showing their support for their local brothers including MOsley WOtta, Noah Stroup, The High Desert Hooligans, Patrimony
and Harley Bourbon.
All of the band's musical equipment—which equates to their livelihood—and personal belongings went missing with the trailer and, while the van has been recovered, it needed considerable repair after the incident.
The list of gear stolen is extensive:
1952 olds baritone horn
Palomino upright bass
2 Deering good time banjos
SJC Custom Drums drum kit
Phil Jones 1200 bass amp
2 Godin 5th ave. guitars
