While we may not have done very well in a non-scientific, policy analysis by a dying organization that has gotten the legislative snot beaten out of it over the past 10 years, we still best California in several important statistical categories, namely: homicides, armed robberies and car jackings.
I don't posses a CHL, nor had I felt compelled to obtain one, but I probably will now if for no other reason to fully enjoy my constitutionally enshrined individual right to possess a handgun.
