Fin & Fire in Redmond will host a "Gear and Beer Ladies Night" where female angler Heather Hodson and reps from Simms Fishing Products and Patagonia will preview the latest women-specific fly fishing equipment. Wild Ride Brewery will take over the taps at this free event. Interested fisherwomen can also sign up for Fin & Fire's Women's Fly Fishing 101 class on Saturday, Aug. 20, from 9:30 am to 2 pm, covering the ins and outs of fly fishing.
