Jonatha Brooke has been slinging her brand of harmonic folk-pop since the late '80s, but really started to emerge in the '90s during the boom of Sheryl Crow, the Indigo Girls, and Shawn Colvin. With complex harmonies and poignant lyrics, Brooke brings a certain sophistication to Munch and Music, but blends it with elements of rock 'n' roll in a highly entertaining live show. Her lush, folk-inspired style has universal appeal, making this an evening of music that can be enjoyed by the entire family. The Chinups
