Blitz to the Barrel (Women's Edition) - Tonight

Lots of fast women railing the trails down from Wanoga to town.

The dudes raced last month, now it's the girls' turn.

Blitz to the Barrel: Dash for Cash "Girlz Nite" is tonight, with a 6pm start time set for the Super D race from Wanoga Sno Park down to 10Barrel's outside bar. You can even place wagers on your favorites to win (email us for the latest line and pick tips). They'll be plenty motivated with $2,500 on the line.

Check it out. The girls will no doubt take, better, more thoughtful lines than did their meathead male counterparts — plus, the girls are much better looking.

Good spots to watch: the paver drop on Funner, the Century Dr./Storm King road crossing, and the bar, or course.

Alice "Phat AP" Pennington won last year and reportedly made the journey down from PDX last night to defend her title.
