The Mysore Brothers are Violin Maestros

Posted By on Wed, Oct 3, 2012 at 7:31 PM

The Bend community has a unique opportunity to listen to not one but two world-renowned violin maestros this evening. Brothers Mysore Nagaraj and Dr. Mysore Manjunath are masters of South Indian Classical music and have been recognized globally for their creativity and virtuosity. Accompanied by percussionist Srimushnam Rajarao the trio create music with clarity and rhythm and produce a sound that is alternately serene, tranquil and electrifying. Tickets are $15 in advance at Bendticket.com. Tickets also available at the door. 7:30pm Old Stone Church, 157 NW Franklin Ave.
