If you're excited about being at work today, that must mean it's Friday. That also means it's time for our Friday Office Party Spotify Playlist!

This week it's all about old school. We're calling this our Then & Now, R&B edition playlist. Check out a hit from New Edition and then hear songs from Bell Biv DeVoe, Ralph Tresvant, Bobby Brown, & Johnny Gill as they tested the waters of solo careers.

From there we move on to the Jackson 5, The Fugees, A Tribe Called Quest and more. The list has got some real gems in there that should have you and your co-workers singing along all morning. Unless of course you save listening until the last hour of the day so you can really push through all those last minute memos.

Either way, we hope it keeps you from putting rat poison in your boss's coffee. (A special nod to anyone who gets that reference)
