Bend and Mt. Bachelor on another Top 10 list

The allure and awesomeness of Mt. Bachelor and Bend have been recognized once again by one the biggest travel websites out there. TripAdvisor announced last Thursday that Bend was the second most affordable ski destination in North America after compiling their annual TripIndex Ski list.
They looked at 25 resorts throughout the U.S. and Canada using a cost comparison of the average hotel room, equipment rental, lift ticket and a few other factors.
I still think ticket prices are a bit too high but apparently not on this report.
Anyhow, this is great news for Bend and our rad mountain because it's promoting more business for the wonderful place that we live in. Everyone should get up to the mountain and celebrate this #2 ranking by shredding some pow and having some fantastic local beer. Cheers!
