It's always great to hear about success in sports within Oregon. Well, the University of Oregon volleyball team is attempting to add to the already spectacular year in women's sports for the Ducks with a national title.
The team, which is led by player of the year Alaina Bergsma who is also the reigning Miss Oregon, are trying to cap off their best season ever with a title shot against the University of Texas.
This will be the first championship appearance for the Ducks who are sitting with a 30-4 record right now, the first 30-win season under the 23-year coaching career of Jim Moore. The game will be televised today at 4 p.m. on ESPN2. If your a Ducks fan, be sure to cheer them on. Great job Ducks! Good Luck!
