DMB Official at LSA

Posted By on Tue, Jan 14, 2014 at 1:17 PM

After a few days of speculation and fanatic angst, the folks over at Les Schwab Amphitheater made it official earlier today that the legendary Dave Matthews Band will indeed come to town on August 26.

In stark contrast to a summer concert season that got off to a slow start last year, 2014 is taking off with probably the biggest live music announcement to ever hit our High Desert hamlet.

Let's hope the rest of the lineup for LSA as well as the Athletic Club of Bend and Summerfest follow suit. Though even if they don't quite hit the mark, simply bring DMB to Bend still guarantees the 2014 concert series won't soon be forgotten.

Tickets will all be general admission and start at $75. Sales starts Feb. 7 at 10 a.m. PST for a show that promises two distinct sets, one acoustic and one electric. Sounds divine.

Also sounds like a show that will sell out in about five minutes. So be ready to go early with that refresh button lest you miss out on the biggest show to ever come to Bend. And remember, free concert poaching from across the river was ended last year, so buying a ticket truly is the only option available.

Celebrate with this Spotify playlist of live DMB music!
