Crux Hires Cam O’Connor as New Head Brewer

Posted By on Fri, Dec 5, 2014 at 2:45 PM

Crux Fermentation Project announced this week that they have hired a new head brewer, Cam O'Connor, former Deschutes Brewery brewmaster who sports an impressive resume.

After completing the Master Brewer Program at University of California–Davis and stating his carer at Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, he spent a decade brewing for Deschutes Brewery. He's the man behind Fresh Squeezed IPA and Hop In The Dark Cascadian Dark Ale—wow, just wow. Read more at The New School Beer.

This announcement appeared on Crux's Facebook this week with a link to an article on brewpublic.com.

Congratulations to Crux and Cam! We are hopeful that this new partnership will bring Bend some more experimental and delicious beers wrapped in Crux's reliable label.
