Bend Marijuana Tax Vote - November 8

The Bend City Council has approved a measure asking residents to vote on a 3 percent tax on marijuana sales.  The City Council says users will be paying lower tax overall as the State's 25% tax will be reduced to 17% in January 2017.  If approved, the total tax would be 20%.  Watch the City Council's discussion here:
