Are You With Conan? Late Night Chaos at NBC

Conan fans are flooding the Internet in support of the lanky comic.

As you may have heard, Conan O'Brien, the host of The Tonight Show released a somewhat funny, but mostly serious statement today announcing that he will not accept NBC's offer to move to 12:05pm to accommodate the terribly nice but less-than-hilarious Jay Leno and his self-titled show.

In the wake of the announcement it seemed every Conan fan descended on the Internet, jamming up Twitter feeds and Facebook pages with remarks in support of the lanky redhead. And within a few hours, Los Angeles-based artist Mike Mitchell had created the image to the right -- an Obamian sort of portrait affixed with a peculiar nickname for the comic.

As for the future of Conan and Leno? Well, it seems even NBC brass don't have an answer to that.
