Empty Space Orchestra is playing a big show Saturday night (4/24) at the Domino Room with excellent Portland indie rockers Water & Bodies.

This is the first performance in Bend for ESO in quite some time, and also includes the full lineup, which now includes original member, saxophonist Graham Jacobs. I ran into ESO guitarist Shane Thomas at last night's Last Band Standing showcase (congrats to metal rockers Klever Kill on the win, by the way) and Thomas said that the sound should be "super sweet."

The show begins at 8pm and tickets are $8 at the door.

OK, enough blabbering, click on the link below to hear the new ESO track, "Brainjar" or right click on the link to download it. Free music!

It’s been a while since we’ve seen the talented (and now married) Matt & Kali in Bend Oregon… but that’s all going to change tonight at Silver Moon Tap Room! If you’ve missed past coverage of The Ascetic Junkies, well… you must have been hidden under a rock. From their 2010 album This Cage Has No Bottom, to the new music they are creating (and are sure to share with us tonight), most people just can’t get enough of their unique folk/rock/pop/dance goodness.
