Bend Roots Open Meeting Tonight with Music from the Mostest

Bend Roots is a month and a half away and they want your input.

Posted By on Wed, Aug 4, 2010 at 4:54 PM

Bend Roots Revival, Bend's quintessential local music event, is slated for September 23-26...which is actually pretty soon, considering this summer is ripping by.

As local music fans know, the location of the festival has shifted to the Century Center, an expansive indoor/outdoor space on Century Drive that's also home to the West Bend Tennis Center and other businesses. Ramping up to the festival, there's been the Hump Day Hash concert series, which this week brings in Mark Ransom's world-infused jam band The Mostest to the stage.

But perhaps more importantly, there is an open town-meeting-style forum at tonight's Hash to discuss Bend Roots. So if you have some input or some fabulous ideas for the festival or want to know what you can do to help out, hit this up and speak your mind.

It begins at 6pm, and if you've never been to the spot, just turn north on Commerce from Century and you'll find it pretty easy.
