Designed for Beginners to learn correct alignment and use of props in select basic poses to minimize your discomfort and stiffness while gaining flexibility. Expect improved posture, vitality and strength! Nadine Sims, CIYT, teaching in Bend since 1998, has in depth training to help each individuals needs. Everyone is welcome!
