9th Dean Hale Woodpecker Festival

When: Thu., May 30, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sun., June 2, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. 2019

Identify up to eleven species of woodpeckers and potentially 200 other bird species found in central Oregon. Local volunteers guide each trip. Proceeds support local Audubon projects that foster bird conservation. Online registration starts April 1 at 8am. Trips fill quickly.
