Re: “Friends of the Children Expands to Central Oregon

Glad to know about this non-profit organization. There are lots of people living in a poverty, where they lack in the education and also in the health facilities. To protect such poor children, one can take small measures by supporting the mission humanitaire, view more information here about the different mission and contribute and support to the poor children.

Re: “Not your grandma's stickball

Youth Teams are available for 5/6th and 7/8th graders that are looking for a fun and supportive environment while playing competitive lacrosse.

Our Mission
The Mountain View Lacrosse Club (MVLC) was founded as a 100% volunteer non-profit organization who's focus is to promote leadership and sportsmanship, in the fast growing sport of lacrosse. As the last high school in Bend to offer lacrosse, the MVLC has grown and made tremendous strides forward in recent years. MVLC currently offers programs at the 5th/6th, 7th/8th and High School levels. We invite you to continue to make history with us!

Being a 100% volunteer program, the club emphasizes parent involvement in many facets, especially team coordination, fundraising, and general support to ensure an integrative approach to promoting and advancing lacrosse for your son. Join us and shape your sons experience and remember this journey forever!

The Mountain View Lacrosse Club is dedicated to organizing, developing and promoting the sport of lacrosse within the Mountain View community. From our youth levels and continuing into Mountain View High School, the MVLC provides a positive environment in which student-athletes will participate in an organized team sport which emphasizes a commitment to excellence in the classroom, on the field and within the community. We provide student-athletes with lessons in leadership and sportsmanship through our lacrosse curriculum that can be applied directly to life skills necessary for success.

The Mountain View Lacrosse Club aims to immerse its players in situations that enhance their student-athlete experience to help them become the people, students, citizens and teammates they aspire to be.

The Mountain View Lacrosse Club is inclusive, focused on developing every player through team play, sportsmanship, top competition and hard work. Our boys have the chance to compete at the highest level commensurate with their individual ability, potential and interest.
