Most nights of the week, this narrow restaurant is packed with patrons, and there is no mystery in its appeal; Diego’s creative Mexican-American dishes are plentiful and scrumptious. Menu favorites include the Ossu Bucco, which is a pork shank slow-cooked overnight, sprinkled with truffle oils, crostini and demi glaze served with mashed potatoes; and the Seafood Chile Relleno, a poblano pepper breaded and lightly fried stuffed with sautéed lobster, crab and shrimp and finished with a lobster cream sauce.
