Northwest Craft Cider: Born from years of industry experience, Red Tank Cider creates real North West hard cider. This spot practices sustainable techniques, using only apples, yeast and natural sulfites to make the cider.

The cider industry is still young, but already it is showing its next developmental stages—with distinct varieties and seasonals. Their “Happy Cider” is a sweet drink, but Roughneck Cider is more, well, what its name sounds like—bold and complicated.
