Joolz

We might be blowing this secret, but Joolz has a great happy hour that actually goes all the way until 9pm - if you stick around the bar area. There's a slew of $5 food options including Fish and Fries, as well as a delicious Baked Brie. $5 cocktails, $4 select wines and $3 draft beers. 4-9pm here. 916 NW Wall St.

10 Below

From the slick, padded walls of the elevator as it takes patrons down below street level to the post-modern, au natural motif - a stylish nod to the Pacific Northwest - 10 Below is one of the sexiest places to dine in Central Oregon right now. Happy Hour: Daily 2-6pm. Drinks: $3 drafts, $5 wine, cocktail specials. Food: $4 vegetable tempura, $5 landsliders two ways, $2 edemame. 10 NW Minnesota Ave.

Anthony's

Perhaps the most bang-for-your-buck happy hour in the Old Mill, Anthony's features classic cocktails (cosmos, manhattans, margaritas, lemons drops) for a mere $3, as well as $3 drafts and $5 wine. The food menu includes some excellent seafood options like crab dip and oyster shooters, among others. 4-7pm. 475 SW Powerhouse Dr.

Flatbread Community Oven

This Old Mill District pizza, pasta and salad institution makes a great spot to grab a drink after (or during) your shopping outing with $3 drafts and $5 premium well drinks and wine options, in addition to flatbreads pizzas and appetizers. 3-6pm daily. Fri-Sat 9pm-close.

Hong Kong

In the rear of this longtime Bend eatery is the Bamboo Room, which has recently been remodeled and features arguably the most affordable happy hour in town. They've got $2.50 well drinks and $2.25 draft beers, as well as a deal that lets you buy any two items from the bar menu. Mon-Fri 4-6pm, Sat-Sun 3-6pm.

La Rosa

Up in Northwest Crossing, La Rosa has you set up for a budgeted Mexican dining option with its Amigo Hour. Expect $4.95 premium margaritas and $6 dishes like tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas and more. 1-4pm, 9pm-close daily.
