Chinese New Year Celebration
It's officially the year of the snake. We don't know what that means, but we're excited about it anyway. This new year celebration will feature Chinese food, performances and Chinese traditions, Kung Fu & Tai Chi demos, and our personal favorite, old Kung Fu movies. Free.
4 p.m. Oregon Tai Chi Wushu 2115 NE Hwy 20, Ste 108.

Remember "Lullaby"? That one song that played constantly for about a month on top 40 radio circa 1998? Ev-er-y-thing's/gonna be all right/rockabye? Yeah, that's Shawn Mullins, and that monster hit had him opening for Backstreet Boys. Now, Mullins sticks to smaller venues, playing material from his 12+ other albums and occasionally his most famous crowd-pleasing hit. All ages. $23-$33. 7 p.m. Tower Theatre, 835 NW Wall St.
