We've known about this for sometime now and even brought it up to the bartender/owners. They just don't care and prefer to not even discus the issue. Not getting what is shown on any Beer advertising posters on the bar walls. If called false advertising. Just my 2 Cents

Hello, I'm back again this year seeing if there will be a " Best Mexican Salsa " category in the 2017 issue. Salsa in Bend comes in two categories, Fresh & Preserved !

Is Cracked Corn the same as Corn Tortilla Chips ? What about Screening Pellets from a Feed Store ? Are these save for the Deer ? I do leave a bowl of water available for my neighborhood deer but will now remove it for the reason given in this article.

Looks like our roads / streets / highways can be repaired with this large amount of tax revenue. Now we don't need a gas tax, problem fixed. Pot 4 Pot Holes !

I understand this year was a big expense for the road dept., but its only an exception to what Bend gets in snow on an average. This year was a very bad year, but next year most likely won't be. So why the RUSH in getting more money, just work with what you have and wait and see.

I agree with keeping the husks on and grille or roast the corn. I used to sell Roasted Corn on the Cob here in Bend called ( Northwest Corn Roasters) and that's the way to make it. I used the same toppings and it's the BEST. My favorite topping was simple: Lite-Butter, Lite-Salt and Parmesan Cheese. Great, now I'm hungry ....... :)
