What about the number of vacant second or third homes? My parents live in a neighborhood where every other house is vacant except for a few weekends a year. Why has no one addressed this issue? Locals are being forced out of their homes by increasing rents with little to no options to buy, while vacationers purchase homes they seldom use... There is something terribly wrong here!
