    It is legal to shoot on National Forest land such as the Deschutes National Forest, but dumping is illegal.

    Bebee...thank you. The Deschutes County Health Department should be able to provide you with any stats they might have. In general, their surveys show teen pregnancies going down in Deschutes County, so Sex Ed appears to be working. Would they go down more if contraceptives were offered by schools?
