Thanks for the info, Frank Florence! I wasn't trying to convey that there weren't any "serious" or "experienced" cyclists at Juniper, but just that with its price point and vibe, it may be a bit more of an approachable option for those who are just starting out.
And MajorMajorx2: I found a couple classes at Redmond gyms including Redmond Athletic Club and Fitness1440. Not exactly a drop-in scenario, but they do have options to check out their facilities before you commit.
