Editor, you entirely missed the point re: parking. Selective enforcement is discrimination. And allowing judgment calls by the parking elves is bad policy that wouldn't hold up in a kangaroo court. More importantly, when called on the carpet for their earlier mis-steps, Eagan and city manager King promised to clarify, notify, and otherwise be more open and transparent about the rule and enforcement ... which they haven't.
