Re: “Protected Bike Paths Proposed

Loving all the attempts at people trying to get angry at protected pedestrian infrastructure and having basically.... no ammunition.

VERY excited to see this proposal! Anyone ticked at the traffic/how many people are moving here/not being able to find parking should be willing proposals like this forward with all of their might. Protected bike lanes = fewer cars and more people biking SAFELY.

Re: “The Peaceful Protests of Central Oregon ▶ (with video)

Appreciate the Source for sharing this footage. Shame on those folks who are too myopic to see and listen to folks (including people of color) from their own community.

Don't want "out of towners" to be there? Then stop intimidating and harassing your own community members and let them practice their 1st amendment rights in peace.

Re: “Shifting Gender Bias

Oh, I dunno... It couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fact that women have been practically shackled to the homemaker gender role (and specifically left out of educational opportunities) for hundreds of years while men sat in their drawing rooms with nothing better to do? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Re: “Letters to the Editor

Looks like a troll, smells like a troll... Sorry Paul, but if your profile photo is actually accurate, you're officially too old and privileged to be rambling on about the "climate hoax". Climate change is real and you're part of the problem.

Your punchline about meteorologists is so played out, and - by the way - a totally false premise for your entire point. Climate patterns and weather patterns operate on totally different scales as far as time, tracking and predictability goes. Weather is always less reliable.

Perhaps now's a good time to get in that Land Rover of yours and put on over to COCC for some basic coursework in the earth sciences. Good luck.
