Adult Cooking Class-Chocolate Food and Wine

When: Fri., Nov. 19, 5:30-9 p.m. 2021

Adults, please join me in this hands-on class where we will explore the science and flavors of chocolate in both savory and sweet applications. We will cover tempering chocolate and why we do it. We will make 3 courses based on chocolate. Each course will be paired with wine.
