Alfalfa Neighbors Ask For Cell Tower Survey Help

Cell phones are ubiquitous in today's culture from middle school students to professionals to, well, everyone, it seems no one is without a cell phone and, increasingly, a smart phone and tablet. All that data has to be transmitted somehow, of course. And where cell phones go, cell towers soon follow. While towers are a necessary evil, just where and how they are erected is a long-running bone of contention between cell phone companies and property owners who see the towers and antennae as little more than visual pollution. A group of neighbors from Alfalfa is the latest group to take on the cell issue and they'd like to hear how other residents feel about cell tower locations. If you want to offer your two cents, you can take their online survey, which the group hopes to use as ammunition in its fight against AT&T and American Tower Corp.
