During the consultation Beth Lyons, Ayurvedic Practitioner & LMT will ask detailed questions about your health, diet and lifestyle, check your pulse, tongue, skin, lips, nails, and eyes to determine your unique doshic imbalances. Following the assessment she will offer individualized advice to help you find a healthy balance.
