BEing with Horses

An intentional space to be in the presence of horses. Horses offer an unparalleled opportunity for hands-on learning of multi-dimensional awareness and somatic processing because of their sensitive, transparent nature. Sessions include awareness-based breathing, movement and touch tasks with the one-of-kind choice horse-herd. No horse experience necessary. No horseback riding. Ages 10+.
