The Beltway sniper attacks in 2002 caused chaos in Washington DC when 10 people were killed and three others injured by a pair of DIY spree killers. Blue Caprice follows the misguided path that lead Lee Boyd Malvo—a minor at the time—to become half of the terrible duo.
