Central Oregon Trail Alliance

MISSION STATEMENT

Most of the mountain bike trails we enjoy here in Central Oregon have been built by COTA volunteers. Started in 1992, COTA’s mission is to develop, protect, and enhance the Central Oregon mountain bike experience through trail stewardship, advocacy, collaboration, and education. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, all volunteer organization that works in conjunction with the USFS, BLM and other land managers to build and maintain singletrack trails. We have 6 dedicated chapters: Bend, Crook County, Red- mond, Madras, Sisters and South Deschutes County (SoDeCo).

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO SUPPORT OUR MISSION?

$30 Will buy a lopper/pruner for brush trimming
$100 Will buy lunch for 12 volunteer trail work crew
$250 Will buy a chainsaw for clearing spring blowdowns on trails
$500 Will buy annual service on Ditch Witch trail building machine
