Claudia Bisso-Fetzer Ph.D. will lead us in and educational and interactive presentation on ceviche mixto from the region of Lima Peru. Ceviche mixto is a popular dish in the western Pacific coast. It's considered a Peruvian national dish. Learn how to make the dish and some history of the area.
