Elevation

Enjoy the creations of aspiring chefs at Elevation, a student-operated, fine-dining restaurant for those enrolled in Central Oregon Community College’s Cascade Culinary Institute. The gorgeous dining room overlooking giraffe-like pine trees on the campus is a foodie’s dream, where prices are low and technique and flavor are high. Ingredients are locally sourced and a sustainable food policy is strictly enforced. Elevation is open by reservation for fine dining lunches (Mondays, Tuesdays) and dinners (Thursdays, Fridays) this spring and summer. Please note that reservations fill very quickly. Additionally, a walk-up Food Truck lunch is offered on Fridays (no reservation required).
