Designed for Beginners to learn basic poses and how to use props to minimize discomfort and ensure a successful experience. Stretch, strengthen and de-stress yourself! You do not have to be young or flexible as Iyengar Yoga is highly adaptable. All are welcome! Nadine Sims teaching in Bend since 1998.
