Learn basic kombucha brewing process with Carly King. From growing a Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY), to primary and secondary fermentation, Carly will also demonstrate how to store your extra SCOBYs and what to do if you want to stop brewing for a while and then resume.
