Locavore Goes Brick and Mortar

Bend's sustainable food market is about to get a lot more accessible. Locavore, the non-profit that offers a year-round online local farmer's market, has moved into a new space on 1st St. near Miller Lumber.

This weekend, they're celebrating the addition of a brick and mortar store to their online marketplace.

Yum, local.

Locavore hopes their new location will become a food hub in the community, where Bendites can buy locally sourced groceries and attend educational sustainable food-based workshops and events.
