May Green Drinks celebrating AAPI Heritage Month

To honor, celebrate and recognize the contributions, achievements, and influences that the Asian American and Asian Pacific Islander community has had, and continues to have in our community, we’d like to highlight Aina Hawaiian Bend for May Green Drinks. We sat down with Kauai native and Bend transplant, Ian Vidinha. Ian runs and operates a Kauai-style Hawaiian food cart in Bend, Oregon. Ian shared about his upbringing in Kauai, his cultural connection to the land, and traditional practices on how his family gathered and prepared food.
