Mom + Baby Fitness Classes

Moms and babies for this special yoga series. During classes you will help tone, stretch and strengthen your body while releasing tension, especially in your neck and shoulders. Plus, the group will work to properly strengthen abdominal and back muscles to reduce postpartum back pain. Ages 6 weeks, pre-crawlers.
