Monthly Plant Spirit Meditation with Dr. Ashley Rieger

When: Wed., Jan. 16, 6:30-7:30 p.m. 2019

Plant communication strengthens our connection to herbal medicine and opens us to their energetics and messages. In this class we will taste, smell, and explore an unidentified medicinal plant. After a guided meditation participants will share their experiences with the herb before learning about its medicinal and energetic properties.
