My Old Lady

A worrisome New Yorker travels to Paris to inherit an apartment from his estranged father and pursue a seemingly straightforward real estate transaction. But a centuries-old French tradition, viager, finds two occupants living there, not willing to vacate and lawfully the true tenants.
