MISSION STATEMENT
NAMI is here to improve the quality of life of persons living with a mental disorder and their loved ones in the Central Oregon region through education, support and advocacy. ALL NAMI programs are Free and open to anyone. NAMI offers FREE peer directed support groups and classes to friends and family members whose lives have been affected by mental illness through Family to Family education programs. NAMI offers FREE peer directed support groups and classes for individuals living with a mental illness through Peer to Peer programs. NAMI Central Oregon is an affiliate of the nation’s largest grassroots organization advocating for people with mental illness and their families.
WHAT CAN YOUR DONATIONS DO?
$20 provides training manila for 1 participant in Family to Family class
$60 provides stipend to presenters of an In Our Own Voice presentation
$100 provides 5 training manuals for participants in a Peer to Peer class
$250 provides printed brochures for 6 months
$500 provides 1/2 the cost for a 10 week Peer to Peer class
