Most of us are functioning with our bodies severely dehydrated! Think of a grape shriveling up to a raisin, this is what our brain and internal organs do when dehydrated. Our bodies are made up of 75% water.

Dehydration can cause problems with blood pressure, pain, digestion and a myriad of other health ailments. We require at a minimum, 6-8 eight ounce glasses everyday. If you have an active lifestyle and sweat and work out-we need even more. Tea, beer, soda, wine DO NOT count, it must be water and preferably filtered.
