On Tap, the food truck lot on the east side near St. Charles, made changes just in time for colder weather. "Not only do we have two fire pits for those who enjoy outside seating," said owner Laura Kramer, "but we also have five overhead heaters inside our newly enclosed bar area." The enclosure features see-through vinyl walls, which not only traps the heat but allows guests to enjoy the outdoors. Besides 30 taps and six food trucks, the Kramers are hosting trivia night Tuesdays from 7 to 9pm and opening early for Sunday football with brunch and drink specials.
