Pickathon 2014 proved that putting on a non-corporate, eco-friendly, well crafted music festival without a bad artist on the lineup is still a possibility in a sea of tragedies and disasters (read

here) and music festivals that are quickly separating themselves away from the counterculture movements that helped to start them.
