This series is designed to ease the discomforts of pregnancy while preparing your mind, body and spirit for childbirth and beyond. Through a mixture of slow-flowing poses with modifications, this practice encourages mindfulness, focus and positivity to help keep you and baby healthy before, during and after delivery.
