I'm not all that hot on the fact that we've now in September. In fact, I feel like I've had my summer stolen by some invisible fun-and-sun-tan-hating bandit. Jeesh.

But my September blues were lightened (to like a, well, baby blue, maybe?) when Rage Films' Dan Norkunas stopped by the office today and handed off a screener of the Bend-based production company's new ski film, Pretty Good. I haven't had a chance to check it out quite yet, but from the still photos they sent over, it looks, well, pretty good.

The film is screening twice (7pm and 9pm) at the Tower Theater on Saturday, September 12 and each showing will include the giveaways and pro skiers in attendance that we've become accustomed to with Rage.

Norkunas said the film focuses more on young skiers and keeps the locations more regional, rather than the international mountains that we've seen shredded in Rage's other ski flicks. There are even a few sections filmed here at Mt. Bachelor, as you might expect.
