Join Adam Sather (RAD Camps owner and guide extraordinaire) and "Darek The Great" Staab (Trout Unlimited project director) for a fun-filled morning on Tumalo Creek.

Where: Adventurers will meet at Skyliners Lodge and end the day a couple of miles below Tumalo Falls on a unique stretch of the Creek. Bring water, a sack lunch, and mosquito repellent; water shoes and swimwear are optional.

Who: Kids of all ages and their families.

What: Learn about trout, why they love really COLD streams, and what they need for a healthy habitat. Try your hand at fly-fishing and rod fishing. Wade, play, and explore the Creek's alpine environment.

The overwhelming amount of animal in many of these farm dinners keeps me and many of my friends away. Boundless Farm recently did a farm dinner featuring its gorgeous vegetables in a creative array of non-meat-centric dishes. A beautiful, successful, fun event.

I just read this quote and it made me think of Ms. Warriner...Meeting her, by chance and only a time or two, is a blessing in and of itself.

I hear Tacos Pihuamo is the best Mexican food in town. A Broken Angel has the best biscuits ever. Chef Hull will cook burritos to order. It doesn't have to have animal to taste amazing!

City Council needs to do its job and either vote yes or no for a gas tax instead of shifting the responsibility to the voters who voted to put them in office to make decisions on their behalf! Vote NO on this gas tax and then vote them all out. I'm furious.

What's funny is, without reading the article, I knew exactly how the vote would breakdown. Some on the council are more friendly with developers than others. Thanks to Barb Campbell, Nathan Boddie and Jim Clinton for having the courage of their convictions.
